PARK WEST COMMONS

Park West Commons was developed as a direct response to Corvallis’ growing student population and the boom in recent housing developments in Corvallis. Park West Apartments is an older apartment complex that lacked many of the student amenity spaces of the newer developments around town. The goal of Park West Commons was to create spaces that foster community and interaction, while at the same time providing a new face to Park West Apartments.
